9th Civil Service Training Program (CSTP)
(Monday, 13th October 2025 - Friday 5th December 2025)
9th CSTP initiated on 13.10.2025.
The 9th CSTP is an 8-weeks program, consisting of two terms identifying the occupational needs of the probationers, with an additional week-long activities on Orientation and hands-on exercise on Information Technology (IT) to familiarize the probationers with modern-day IT needs in public sector office work. The training activities include Lecture Discussions (LDs), Workshops, Panel Discussions (PDs), Tutorial Debates, Tutorial Discussions (TDs), Seminars, etc. It further includes other individual assignments {Current Issue Presentations (CIPs), Revenue Research Paper (RRP), Synopsis Writing} and group assignments such as Case Study Research (CSR), Local Study Visits (LSVs), National Study Tour (NST), etc. Organization of Sports and cultural events, Guest evenings are also part of the program. Any additional activities may also be incorporated in this training program if it is considered necessary and useful to accomplish the overall objectives of the course plan.
