Chief Instructor (CI)
  • To supervise the assigned Trainings;
  • To supervise the development of Course plan and Training Guidelines;
  • To prepare list of proposed guest speakers as per course plan;
  • To supervise the preparation of Training materials including Case Studies, Tutorial Discussions, Fasahat, RRPs & CIPs;
  • To supervise the preparation and finalization of Training Assessment with Directors & Syndicate Supervisors;
  • To supervise the work of Directors and Deputy Directors in his reporting channel;
  • To coordinate with DG, TMR for admin and financial issues;
  • To report to Secretary on his assignments;
Director Training
  • Organise and conduct RRPs and CIPs (including review and assessment);
  • Plan and conduct Training modules with Director (T&A) and Deputy Director (Academic);
  • Act as Syndicate Supervisor;
  • Supervise Deputy Directors and monitor Training activities and Trainee committees;
  • Assist & report to CI and perform tasks assigned by Secretary TMR Wing;
Director (Research)
  • Assist CI in finalizing Assessment Criteria with Director (T&A);
  • Plan and conduct Case Studies, Tutorial Debates, Discussions and Fasahat;
  • Coordinate with Guest Speakers and act as Syndicate Supervisor;
  • Supervise trainee committees and report to CI;
  • Handle tasks assigned by Secretary TMR Wing;
Director (Training & Assessment)
  • Assist CI in schedule planning and LSV/NST guidelines with relevant Deputies;
  • Finalize Assessment Criteria and prepare test papers (MCQ, Pre-test, Analysis);
  • Act as Controller of Examination;
  • Coordinate logistics for NST with Admin Wing and Guest Speakers;
  • Report to CI and perform tasks from Secretary TMR Wing;
Director IT
  • Develop IT course plans and coordinate with IT faculty;
  • Provide IT training to Trainees and ensure cyber/data security;
  • Manage LMS and digital infrastructure (multimedia, surveillance, audio/video);
  • Update website/social media and maintain training data;
  • Conduct online tests and assessments, supervise DD (IT) & IT staff;
Deputy Director Training
  • Report to and assist Director Training;
  • Coordinate with Trainees and Guest Speakers;
  • Assist Director (T&A) for LSVs and maintain training records;
  • Supervise Assistant Director Training;
  • Perform any assignment by Secretary or CI;
Deputy Director Academic
  • Report to and assist Director Training-II;
  • Assist in weekly schedule preparation and coordinate training sessions;
  • Coordinate honorariums and guest speaker logistics;
  • Maintain academic records (CIPs, RRPs, TDs, etc.);
  • Issue notifications/communication and supervise Assistant Director Training;
