1st SENIOR MANAGEMENT COURSE (SMC)

(Monday, 31st January 2022 to Friday, 20th May 2022)

The Senior Management Course (SMC) is a 16-week program, consisting of two terms, preceded by an Orientation & IT Week focusing on improving computer literacy for digital working. The course includes Lecture Discussions (LDs), Workshops, Panel Discussions (PDs), Tutorial Discussions (TDs), and Seminars. It emphasizes assignments such as CIPs, IRPs, DRPs, SGPs, Book Reviews, Synopsis Writing, Simulation Exercises, and Study Tours. Group and individual assessments are key components. Sports and cultural activities are also integrated.
