2nd Civil Service Training Program (CSTP)

(17th Aug 2020 to 22nd Oct 2020) 10 Weeks Online

The CSTP is an 18-weeks program, consisting upon two terms, in which the occupational needs of the probationers are being identified. An additional week-long activity on Orientation and hands-on exercise on Information Technology (IT) has also been included to familiarize the probationers with modern-day IT needs in public sector office work.

The training activities also include Lecture Discussions (LDs), Workshops, Panel Discussions (PDs), Tutorial Debates, Tutorial Discussions (TDs), Seminars, etc.

It further includes other individual assignments such as Current Issue Presentations (CIPs), Revenue Research Paper (RRP), Synopsis Writing; and group assignments such as Case Study Research (CSR), Local Study Visits (LSVs), National Study Tour (NST), etc. Organization of sports and cultural events are also part of the program.

Additional activities may also be incorporated in this training program if considered necessary and useful to accomplish the overall objectives of the course plan.
